"Adequate for our overnight stay"

Stay was fine, dinner was nice, didn't have breakfast.

Only issue was bathroom door edge was off half way down long edge & door didn't close properly without intervention! Reported it at check out so hopefully fixed for next arrival.

Convenient for us to get to from the bus, and then an easy walk into Balloch. Nice large family room.

Kitchen facilities were limited due to a problem they were experiencing.

"Surprise bar…. Je denkt veel te krijgen maar SURPRISE… je krijgt het niet!"

Goede hotelkamer en lekker eten.

De kortingen waarmee “gestrooid” worden krijg je niet. 20% op het eten krijg je niet als je via Booking.com hebt geboekt dus dat viel tegen. Daarna zou je 10% korting krijgen als je via de app eten en drinken besteld…maar dat werkte niet. En het ontbijt zou inclusief zijn maar dat was het niet. Het continentale ontbijt was slecht maar als je bij betaalde kon je meer krijgen… heel commercieel en niet relaxed.

Pub style restaurant was excellent! Clean, comfortable room with everything we needed. Safe, secure building and location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, Trossachs National Park and cruises on Loch Lomond. All staff exceptional.

Nothing. We loved everything about this property.
