Valuable hotel

It's perfect , the room was clean , also the pool . Aircon works great. Staff are very friendly . It was great to stay here . We will coming back soon .

- high quality mattress ; - room in a very good state (new or completely renovated) ; - smily and reactive staff ; - beautiful and quite big swimming pool.

- noisy water pump on the roof : average 48-50 dB in my room when someone uses water. It's not a terrible noise but noisy however for some people. Except that, it would be super quiet ; - impossible to activate/desactivate VMC from inside the room (switch in the stairs... ).

We didn't feel very welcome. The room is nice but the ac wasn't really strong, we were sweating in the room.  The bathroom and room  need maintenance. The shower wasn't working really well. Some broken stuff also in the bathroom. The food at the restaurant was OK.  The swimming pool nice.  Also when we paid, on the invoice they write welcome drink. We didn't have any. In the room there were drinks in the fridge. We though it was the welcome drink.  Also there is cup in the room but no kettle for hot water.  Because the vibe we decided to stay only one night We paid the room.  We were ready to leave and then not friendly at all asked us if we use some drinks in the fridge. They were really weird  about that. We had to pay the drink but nowhere it's written the price. We though it was the welcome drinks.  There are plenty of hotel waiting for guest. I don't recommend here. 

My partner booked this Homestay as a surprise for my birthday and it was amazing! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to provide the best stay possible. The restaurant serves basic but nice food and the pool area is quiet and nice. The hotel is away from the busy main road and within walking distance to the beach. All the facilities are very good, fast wifi, high pressure shower with hot water and cold A/C. One of our best stays in Bali so far!

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The hotel has seven rooms; most are located on the second level, accessible only by stairs. There is a small restaurant which serves basic meals. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had good air conditioning, a fridge, bottled water, hot water with good water pressure for showering (note it is a shower over the bathtub) and comfortable bed. Our room wasn't serviced but that wasn't an issue as we were only there for two nights. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The hotel is located on a quiet street away from the main road with easy walking access to the beachfront. Recommend as a good value option.

We had a lovely stay here, and were surprised that we were the only ones here. Clean, easy walk to beach and to main resto areas. Only time other people were there was Friday night when a family stayed. Pool lovely and clean. Breakfast was good as was lunch and dinner on the days we just lazed around. The staff were all very nice and took great care of us.

The room was amazing! And the staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were big very clean with nice furniture. The bathroom was equally as nice and clean. The shower had 2 shower heads which was amazing and a great bath, they had lots of hot water. The breakfast was okay. There dinner was good. The pool area was very nice! It was close to the beach, and they can organize a dolphin watch tour.I Will definitely stay here again if we are in lovina. I highly recommend it

Absolutely Awesome place great in every aspect. .. well located to everything although bike in Lovina is A must cannot recommend Grand Raka enough
