The place is so nice! Emily gave us so warm welcome and organised a fireplace where we enjoyed the warmth and coziness. Breakfast was lovely and place is full of little beautiful things like old typing machines and musical instruments - also there is so cute funny cat is living in the garden. Thank you so much Emily – we enjoyed our stay so much!

Posizione tranquilla, struttura molto bella e curata con gusto, camera molto bella con pompa di calore , dove pui impostare la temperatura ideale . Il B&B è vicino al centro di Montelupo, dove trovi negozi di tutto i generi, ed è vicino alla super strada. La signora gentilissima e disponibilissima, anzi volevo ringraziarla, la sera alle 23,30 è venuta a aprire il portone . (avevamo lasciato le chiavi in camera) Grazie

Ambijent u smeštaju je divan mogućnost uživanja što bi se reklo u svakom ćošku!Dvorište uredno,parking,zajednička kuhinja poseduje sve što je potrebno ukoliko želite nešto da spremate,u trpezariji ogroman sto sa dosta stolica mogućnost konzumiranja obroka je i u dvorištu na terasi,doručak odličan raznovrstan i dovoljan za dalje,kafe aparat sa odličnom kafom više vrsta,sobe uredne i prostrane dušeci udobni pogled sa terase odličan,temperaturu u sobi podešavate sami,kupatilo je uredno i novo na tušu je malo manje mesta,wi-fi odličan!!!Mir i tišina i odlična pozicija za obilazak....vratili bi smo se rado

"Lovely base for touring Tuscany."

Very friendly hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely selection of treats for breakfast. Very quick to respond if any queries. Comfy beds. 10 min walk (mostly flat) to the train station with good connections. Good WiFi. Used the dining area for some of our evening meals.

Nothing. A TV in the room would've been a bonus for the evening, but there was one available in the lounge area if we'd wanted it. Coffee machine a little tricky at times, but made really good coffee. 😃
