Ein 24/7 Bar ohne Angebot von kleinen Snacks, Frühstücksbuffet wurde während der Stoßzeit sehr schleppend bis gar nicht aufgefüllt

"Overall I would stay there again"

Breakfast was good and location for me was very good and easy to walk around for transport

I dint like the fact that the aircon fan didn't work or not properly and that the duvet was smaller than the mattress

Die Zimmer hatten einen tollen Stil und das Hotel war sauber.

Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an einem Nachtclub, sodass wir um 04 Uhr morgens von lauten Rufen von den Clubgängern geweckt wurden.

Lage okay, Zimmer sauber.

Frühstück: Es wurden um 11:00 einige Angebote nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten waren schlecht. Anruf von unterwegs, um die Parkplatzoptionen zu erfragen hat nicht funktioniert. Niemand erreichbar. Auch die Antwort auf meine Mail ein paar Tage vorher hierzu war nicht erhellend. Ein Hinweis auf das gegenüberliegende Parkhaus wäre sicherlich hilfreich gewesen. So im QPark 40 Eur gezahlt. Außerdem die ganze Nacht Lärm vor dem Hotel.

Es war alles gut, sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht war da. Betten waren bequem. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und nicht abgewohnt. Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Die Kissen waren zu fest und zu hoch.
