À 22h, il retourne en criant et il frappe de nouveau sur la porte de ma chambre et il essaie brutalement de forcer la porte j’ai appelé la police qui a intervenu et pour ma sécurité il m’a sorti de la chambre à minuit et je suis resté jusqu’à 3 heure du matin dans la rue. Après la contacte de hôtels.com, ils m’ont assuré une chambre à l’hôtel ibis centre Rennes (remerciements) . La police m’affirme qu’il envoie aux Airbnb et hôtels.com pour supprimer ce monsieur de faire loger des gens chez lui

Aweful. It mentions "Hotel" but is a room in a private apartment with for sign "chambre privée". The person doesn't respond to the interphone and had to wait for 1 hr outside the building in the rain for someone to open. The room had a foul smell with no space for movement. Recommended to people looking for cheap stay, to deposit baggage and sleep for a few hours.

Dear Expedia, When I arrived in this hotel at the stated in the itinerary address, there was no "Hotel" as we know it, but multistory apartment building. The outer door was locked. Since I arrived long before 8:30 pm, a had not contacted the property in advance. Absolutely accidentally (and very fortunately for me)a few people just got out from the building and I asked them for help. Thankfully, they spoke English and called, so to speak, the "Hotel'. The person they spoke to did not speak English and they found out that I was expected at apartment 7D. One of my helpers accompanied me to the place, introduced me to the owner, translating our exchange and left with my deepest thanks. The first negative surprise: Your info mentioned "hotel", not a separate apartment. Second, the owner spoke no English at all, he offered communication via typing on the laptop using translation app. Third, the room smelled awful, as I understand, it was painted right before my arrival, also, room was simply hoarded, there was no absolutely walking space. The wall mirror stood on the floor,so that I had to bend down to look at myself. The armor use was not allowed and my clothing and luggage was scattered all over the room. Fourth, owner stayed at the apartment and I had to share all the facilities with him and sometimes with his guests. I've never seen the shower cabin sanitized. Toilet was privided with sanitary wipes.
