The apartment is very pleasant, with its own small inner courtyard. The beds are very comfortable. Even the sofa, which was specially prepared for three people, turned out to be very comfortable. What else? The apartment is located very close to a bus stop served by bus 4L, and for 1 euro and a 10-minute ride you are right by Venice’s central railway station, from where you can easily continue exploring the city on foot. In the opposite direction, right across from this stop, there is a large supermarket where you can buy water and groceries until 9 p.m. and then head back home. There is a wonderful coffee machine, a microwave, and a very nice bathtub. Outside there is a small courtyard with a table, where you can comfortably sit in the evening. We felt great there. Three friends traveled together, and effectively each of us had her own room, so it was very comfortable. The only thing the tour guide mentioned was that it’s better not to walk around the neighborhood in the evenings, but we personally never felt unsafe at all. One day we also went to explore the town itself, and it turned out to be very pleasant. By the way, there is a market where local food market, as well as many small shops, and we even came across a free Munch exhibition at the cultural center in Mestre. So I would also recommend, if you stay in this apartment, to take some time to walk around the town itself and its center. It’s very lovely.

Уютные и чистые апартаменты, имеется все необходимое - посуда, принадлежности для душа, полотенца. В пешей доступности вокзал, автобус в Венецию в 2 кварталах. Ключ находился в боксе рядом с дверью. Прекрасный хозяин, готовый помочь по любому вопросу.

The location was excellent--both quiet and close to restaurants, grocery store, and the bus stop. The responsiveness of the host was outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom adequate. We were traveling with another couple. We were gifted a nice bottle of sparkling wine and the unit had been stocked with a few snacks and morning beverages. Our stay was comfortable. If you do not need to stay on Venice proper, this is a great option. We spent 2 days in Venice and another up in the hills so this was a great location for us.

The couch/tv set up was a bit strange as the TV was positioned in front of the table. We thought about rearranging in a better configuration but decided that wouldn't be appreciated :-) We had had a long day touring the Prosecco Hills and came back and just wanted to chill and watch some TV before bed-- so sat at the kitchen table. Not a big deal, just not that comfortable. We have grown accustomed to the small showers in Italy so the size of this shower did not surprise us. The hot water heater is small thus short showers are a must if you are traveling with more than 1 other person here. (not a problem for us and we were given a heads up) If we travelled to this location again, I would consider booking as the area is highly walkable.
