Property Notes

Please note that the Wilding Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday, from 18:30 until 21:00. The Pub restaurant is Monday-Sunday for food 12noon-8.30pm and drinks from 10:00 - 23:00. Please note that the Minster Mill Restaurant & Bar is closed on Sunday and Monday. Please note that the spa is open daily. If you would like to use any of The Garden Spa facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room or sauna, pre-booking a treatment is required. This tranquil space is extremely popular, with a maximum of eight users allowed at a time, and treatments may be booked several weeks in advance. Children aged 15 years and below are not allowed to use the swimming pool and spa. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 per dog, per night applies. Please note that pets are allowed in most rooms. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet. A deposit may be required at the property.

The position is great for relax and chilling. Happy to have a tennis court and a table tennis but also a croquet set

Besides the upgrade of the room the TV did not worked properly and so the phone to call the reception

"We would stay here again"

We loved everything about this place and only wishes we would have had more time here. We could only stay for one night. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful village. Friendly helpful staff. The spa looked nice but we didn't have time to try it out. Highly recommend going to Minster Lovell hall.

The breakfast that was included said it was a Continental breakfast, however, there wasn't much choice on than menu. Very limited in choice and not what I would call a Continental breakfast. To get a full English, we had to pay extra for this. It was served in a nice little pub though and staff there were nice 🙂

"Not what it says on the pictures."

The stream

I thought we were staying in the spa hotel. However they took us to the pub over the road. And stayed above a pub. The swimming pool in the pictures was not available to use. If we did then they would need to see if there is space then it would be £25 to swim,

Our old Swan Pub room was very tired, but on request they happily moved us to Minster Mill

The Hotel is set in a gorgeous historic village with beautiful cottages and flowing streams. The building itself is pretty and the modern annexe, tastefully constructed though rather "dormitory-like". All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant and the pun was very expensive but tasty and well presented.

The price for our 2 day stay was very very high in relation the size/quality of the rooms and the buildings. The hotel has no hub and nowhere to just sit and relax. If the weather is rainy, you are a bit stuck for somewhere to hang out and coffee/tea is only available in the pub. Coffee pods and toiletries not replaced each day but reception was great in filling the gap.
