B&B Largo Barile

1. I liked the fact that it is located in the heart of the city, at 5 min. walking distance from the Piazza Garibaldi with the two churches (Santa Maria la Nova & San Sebastiano). 2. Since the B&B has no kitchen the owner will give you coupons with which you can get your tipical Italian breakfast (caffè or cappuccino and a cornetto alla crema) in a bar around the corner where you have a wonderful view on the old buildings and where also locals will come to have their moring coffee. 3. The bedroom and bathroom are modern and clean and both have these tipical Italian green shutters. When you look out the windows you see a tipical Italian alley. 4. The shower has a powerful jet and is warm. 5 I did only use it once but it is nice that there is a TV. 6. There is a small fridge where you can put water and food. 7. The owner lives on the floor above and is available (via WhatsApp) for any questions. He also helped me carrying my suitcase upstairs when I arrived (and downstairs when I left).

1. The B&B does not have a kitchen. But eating out in Italy isn't expensive so for me that was not really a big problem. 2. You should keep the windows closed during the day to avoid mosquitos to enter. I was so stupid not to think about it so they feasted on me. In Italy there is alo the tiger mosquito that gives really nasty lumps. 3. The walls are rather thin so when the neighbours use the toilet or take a shower it almost feels like they are in your room. During my one week stay that did not bother me too much though. I did not hear them talk or laugh. All in all I had a nice and quiet stay in the B&B.

Clean and comfortable. It was so close to the city center. The bar that serves breakfast was very good.

Comfortable beds in a clean and quiet room in central location. Breakfast voucher for excellent bakery 2 minutes walk down the road. Owner’s dinner recommendation 3 mins walk away had wonderful pizza and arancine.

Parking can be difficult, but owner is super-helpful in finding a spot.

Comfortable room for an overnight stay. Good location for exploring the town. Friendly, flexible check in and out.

The shower was very compact, but ok for an overnight stay.

close to main square,room was clean,staff helpful

wifi did not work,couldn't get fan /a/c to work so had windows open only to listen to barking dog,although I did arrive very late and I'm sure this would have been resolved,I would stay again,

x raggiungere il posto e scomodissimo. senza parcheggi da raggiungere a piedi. in frigo vuoto senza una bottiglia d aqua. al mattino mi anno dato un buono x 1 colazione singola ma io o pagato x 2 persone in un bar fuori la struttura lamentandomi risposta del barrista il buono e x 1singola colazione
