The front desk staff were warm and welcoming.

We checked in early, and after taking out some items we needed to store our luggage. However, the hotel front desk had no extra space for luggage storage, so we had no choice but to place our suitcases in front of the reception desk while sorting our belongings. At that moment, one of the managers came over and scolded us, demanding that we immediately move our things. As customers, and with two elderly parents in their seventies traveling with us, we felt deeply insulted. The reason we placed the bags there in the first place was because the hotel had not provided any designated area for us to organize our luggage. After the reprimand, there was no apology or explanation from anyone. Travelers go on trips to seek enjoyment, but after this incident, every time I saw that manager at the front desk it negatively affected my mood. This really made us feel disrespected as guests. In addition, the hotel’s location requires a 20-minute taxi ride each time, so I think in the future it would be better to choose accommodation closer to the scenic area

Очень содержательные завтраки. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. В этом отеле Сервис с большой буквы - сотрудники действительно относятся с заботой об отдыхающих. В день выезда даже вручили подарки😊
