Tenía tres horas de servicio de bar gratis. El personal muy amable.

No me dejaron hacer el check in hasta las 15 h en punto y llegamos a las 14:40h aún teniendo las habitaciones listas. Y no pudimos entrar en el onse porque teníamos unos pequeños tattoos. Las almohadas son de pequeñas bolitas y son muy duras. Imposible dormir con ellas.

従業員の皆さんは、みんな親切で、丁寧な応対でした。

１．洗面所に、ドライヤーのためのコンセントがなかった。２．ボールペンなどの筆記用具がなかった。３．チェックアウト時に、特定のお客にだけ、キャンデーを手渡していた。見ていて、いい感じがしなかった。４．間違えて、飯田インターのパチンコ屋に行ってしまった。インターからの案内地図が必要だと思う。
