Great location with parking available. Walkable to many restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic and the host very kind, respectful, and adjusts to your schedule.

It is a pleasure they allow this grand home to its guests. Easy and safe parking in the centre of town, a real bonus in Italy. You felt very secure here, close to history filled Leece and great eateries. An excellent stop over. Highly recommend.

Ein sehr schönes, historisches Hotel direkt an der Altstadt von Lecce gelegen. Kostenlose Parkplätze, ein nettes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

The villa is beautiful and the owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is IDEAL since it is on the edge of the historic center and you have gated parking in the front drive of the villa. It was so easy to come and go with our car to visit other parts of the region. In the evenings it was just a short five minute walk to get to the historic center of Lecce. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to this area.

Great location, secure car park and pedestrian entry. Very helpful host. Lovely building. Room and bathroom were clean. Really good location for old rown, museums churches and restaurants

I’ve stayed in a lot of nice places around the world and this place is in my top three. Starting with the host/owner (Mr. Palmieri) who exudes warmth and welcomes you into his property with a level of hospitality and grace that cannot be surpassed. The property itself is absolutely wonderful. A perfect combination of historic beauty with modern conveniences that we are accustomed to in North America. 10 out of 10.
