"It was a great place to stay after a long day of travel"

The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed plus extra - I loved having a robe in the closet and locally made coffee (Kaladie Brothers) - room service was very reasonably priced, and the service was excellent at the front desk, restaurant, and the people who brougt my food for room service.

It's hard to pay over $200 when you are a local and just need a night between airport and home.

Great location, pool, hot tub, and sauna. We were excited to ski too!

Room was terrible. No view as described in room description. The room was dated and there wasnโ€™t even a microwave in the room. It was very loud and the room was in a strange, isolated spot within the hotel.

"A nice comfortable hotel situated in a beautiful mountain valley."

The location next to the tram is awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable. The fall colors - even in mid-October were beautiful. Parking is close and plentiful; and management did not assess a parking fee - thank you.

Maybe they could have provided a few black tea bags in the room; they do not cost very much. One of the reasons we visited Girdwood was to hike; the trails originating at the hotel are not well marked. Bar food and beverages are expensive.

The tram, main restaurant, pool, and hot tubs were all closed for maintenance.
