My experience is pretty similar to other reviews. The staff was very nice, but not knowledgeable about the area as far as food and other things. The building and rooms are not in great condition but kept clean enough. Trim and tile were broken in my room and caulk was used to cover it up. The bed was good enough, furniture was older but in good shape. The bathtub and shower were in need of replacing. The tub didn’t drain correctly, and the shower only worked on pure hot. I’d probably stay again just because it’s pretty much the only hotel in the area and it’s inexpensive. If there were other options, I would choose a different hotel.
Very limited parking, with no office sign. Heater had 1 setting, Hot as Hell. Sink didnt drain. Tv remote didnt funtion. Upstairs smelled of wonderful Indian food and breakfast was not, very bland gravy.
This was a necessary stay as it was the only hotel in the area. THIS IS NOT 8.0 QUALITY. It was dirty, lamps and other items were in the hall and stairwell. I had no interaction with staff other than the night clerk. I asked for a second floor room for safety. She initially said that she could not accommodate but did so after pressing the matter.

Beds are old, they have added a pad on top of them. Frig and other items have layer of dust, sink does not drain, carpet had chunks out of it, missing smoke detector, chunks out of main flooring near sign in desk, trash all over property outside, staff sleeps on couch near desk rates are much higher than other QI hotels
It was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was better than many at that price range. It offered hot food such as eggs, sausage, biscuits, and waffles. It also had a choice of cereals, bagels/toast/muffins, 3 kinds of fruit, yogurt, etc. The bathroom was very handicapped accessible (we're not handicapped, but...). The person at the desk was very nice and helpful. It had a refrigerator and microwave (for some reason, some hotels are not equipped with a microwave in the room). Stayed one night and were very satisfied.
USThis was a perfect place for us to stop to see old friends. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and they are close to local restaurants for Lunch or dinner. Would definitely stay here again.
The staff were wonderful. They were very considerate and courteous.
