"Horrible room keys."

The room keys would need to be re-activated every time we left the hotel. We asked the front desk to fix them multiple times during our 3 night stay, but we continued to have issues.

All the rooms smell like tobacco, if you leave the hotel when you return your key doesn't work, bad service in everything
