Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

It is only appropriate that Toronto, the birthplace of the Four Seasons global empire, should have an excellent Four Seasons of its own. Well-designed, well-maintained and well-located, with service of a quality that it makes one think it is serving as the Four Seasons training ground or laboratory. And add in an excellent DB outpost to boot. The only real knock on this place is its cost. Clearly responding to market demand, it is always expensive and often very expensive compared to the other Toronto options. And sometimes the sticker price is such that it does make one wonder if the premium is worth it, excellent as it is.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. They all pay a lot of attention to detail. Super comfortable beds and robes. The food was good, too. The location was perfect! All and all an amazing experience; we will be back!

The gym was under maintenance.

there was construction noise that woke us up early every day after long days of conference and long evenings of events.

Breakfast is great, the wait staff there top notch. Spa is always superb, no issues there.

Whichever tandem worked the coffee shop Friday 20th were unbelievably slow. 20m or so to make coffee for 3 customers, all of us sighing and irritated by the wait. The barrister, not a care in the World just taking her time. Imagine if there was an actual rush. Gym under Reno I guess, wish this was stated before I booked. I came here specifically because I can get in a solid workout before a hectic day. The basement patchwork gym unacceptable.

This hotel is fantastic. From the time I arrived until I left, I felt welcomed. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. I usually stay at The Ritz Carlton but decided to try something different. I am so happy I did. I was given a room update and stayed in a Junior Suite it was lovely. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Overall, it was one of my best hotel experiences ever.
