By the time we were there unfortunately the wifi did not work which is a bare minimum thing you would expect from a service. Also the pool facilities were all closed. And there is no parking so you have to spend extra for each night you stay which is not cheap!

The room was clean and the service was reasonable. But definitely doesn’t worth the price with things going wrong at our stay.

We held a 3 day conference at the Sheraton Downtown Ottawa and had an excellent experience. The Sheraton team worked with us to ensure all our requests were met and everything from coffee, meals, decor and AV all went flawlessly. Hotel was very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The restaurants are opened limited hours but served excellent food. Lots of other restaurant options nearby. Above all the staff at the Sheraton were excellent- they provided top-notch customer service and we look forward to working with them again!
