The service was impeccableโ€”attentive, professional, and warm from start to finish. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and thatโ€™s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.
