TV didn’t work well but everything else was fine
The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. They weren't unkind, just mostly indifferent. The room had a bit of a smell to it, but it seemed clean. Breakfast was minimal and basic. Cereal, toast, microwavable rolls/eggs, etc. We likely won't stay there again.
Clean, close to downtown and other shopping.
First room smelled like wet dog. Moved us to a second room that smelled better. Every morning you could hear the housekeeping staff complain and curse at each other. We stayed Sunday to Thursday. The sign said housekeeping was on Wednesday’s, but I guess that didn’t apply to us. Never got our roomed serviced. When we went to the front desk all she said was “I just got here, I don't know.” Would rather drive 20 mins and stay at a larger chain.
They DO NOT have an elevator to get to second floor but do not let you know when you make the reservations and I had a handicap person traveling with me. The front desk assured me they would be able to help me with our bags and they did upon coming in but no one would answer the desk phone to get out, another guest helped me get our stuff down the flight of steps. Thank god for him.

Overall I can't really give a review for this place but my biggest concern I got charged 161.12 even I couldn't made it over there. I booked via Expedia and they went ahead charged my card for nothing. The worst when I contacted Expedia the Agent replied "there is nothing they can do beside giving me a 25$ compensation . I wouldn't recommended this place at all to anyone because of this injustice.
The room was clean, and the A/C was fantastic. wish the refrigerator would get a little colder. Also, the washer and dryer should be free to use
I stay here often because of it's location and price.
Upon entering the room it smelled like a dog/pet or a barn.
