A due passi dal centro, appartamento ristrutturato, dotato di ogni confort (particolarmente apprezzata la macchina del caffè e la lavatrice). Consigliamo a tutti anche con un bimbo piccolo

Easy walk into the historic centre. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

A bit noisy from the street below at night.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Bologna. Mit Hilfe des Vermieters konnten wir das Gebäude anfahren ohne in die ZTL-Zone von Bologna fahren zu müssen. Be- und Entladen vor dem Gebäude klappte ohne Probleme.  Nachdem wir in der Umgebung keinen Parkplatz fanden, stand unser Auto während des Aufenthalts in einer nahen Tiefgarage. Man benötigt das Auto nicht, um Bologna zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet.  Wir möchten insbesondere auch unserem Vermieter danken, der für uns ständig online präsent war und uns immer zur Seite stand. Anzumerken ist, dass das Gebäude per se sehr hellhörig ist. Wer einen schlechten Schlaf hat, wird dies evtl. bemängeln. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir würden die Wohng  uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Keine Kritikpunkte

Communication was prompt and friendly. Apartment was quite new. Shower had strong water pressure and shower area had a built in bench. Some distance away from the train station but still walkable in a straight direct path.

Most furniture and fittings are from Ikea - quality varies. Apartment was not ready at 3pm; thankfully it didn’t affect us much. Had to open up sofa bed ourselves. Only provided 5 packs of 2 in 1 shampoo/shower gel (no conditioner) even though there were 4 of us staying 2 nights. Paid cleaning fee but guests are supposed to clean used cups etc Floor tiles were cold even after heaters were turned on. Management should recommend luggage storage locations nearer to the apartment. Limited food options around the area after dark, a small supermarket is within walking distance.

Appartement trop neutre

Una posizione eccellente, in un quartiere centralissimo. L’appartamento è accogliente, spazioso e luminoso. Le istruzioni per accedere sono precise e chiare. Meritano una nota di apprezzamento in più per l’omaggio che mi hanno fatto trovare, avendo saputo che ero di passaggio nel giorno del mio compleanno. Bravissimi
