"A French Quarter Experience, Good Vallet Service"

The Hotel is right off Burbon, and the interior was very nice, the room was comfortable & clean. It's a nice hotel if you want to be right in the middle of the French quarter and right on Burbon this is the place to go. I'm writing to commend Mr. Joe in the Valet service. He was spot on getting our car out and helping us with the luggage, every time we needed the car to go somewhere he was courteous and respectful. There are several court yards onsite which are nice to sit in and relax, a pool on the 3rd floor that was very nice, not heated; in March still a little cool to get in, I'm sure in the heat of the summer it's great to relax and cool off in. All in all, the Hotel was a good choice for a French Quarter Experience.

"Pathetic as for as the stay."

Found out the next day when we went to check out that y’all allowed pets ! I never seen it on booking ! Plus we we had dog hair over everything !!! It was horrible ! As a transplant patient I can’t be around animals and to find out we prob slept in a room with a dog is PATHETIC!!!! Y’all should have a specific place for animals or don’t allow them but no we had to lay our head where a dog or cat prob put their ass! So I could have acquired an infection due to y’all having Animals !!! Animals are exactly what they say they are ANIMALS ! NOT HUMANS !!! They should not be allowed in a hotel !

"Great location, not great price."

The location was perfect and the bed was comfortable.

Each day I was there I had to address unauthorized charges to my card. I've been home for 2 days and I' still on the phone with them to get these fees (which they admitted was a system error) removed. There is a fee to charge drink to the room. The heater for the pool was broken. Drinks and food are over priced.

"Great location, poor service"

The hotel itself is great, the location, the ambience, the rooms, the lobby. It’s nice being right on bourbon street, walking outside puts you right in the chaos is that what you’re looking for. The restaurant on site had great food and decent service . The pool was advertised as heated although it was not which was very disappointing. I had a back to back reservation in which they had told me I would get a balcony room for my second reservation, once I tried checking back in they denied me the balcony room which was super disappointing. There are no complimentary waters given, when I asked for water from the front desk she said that i couldn’t the fitness center or walk 3 block to CVS. Overall, it felt like the staff did not care, anytime I interacted with them it felt like I was bothering them. They are not friendly people, unaccomodating, unwilling to give upgrades and benefits associated with platinum level status. Truly disappointing how poor the service was considering how nice the hotel itself is. Caleb was the only cool one, for real yall gotta hire nicer people.
