Amazing staff was so helpful

I like the free breakfast, indoor pool, and the workout room! Dislikes…. My room was not properly cleaned. It had not been vacuum. There was pill in the floor and my room fridge did not work! It was my first time and last time. Very disappointed!

I loved the omelets that the cooks prepared and also the fruit on the breakfast spread was very fresh.

My room was cold and it didn't matter whether the thermostat was turned on heat, the carpet was sticky with holes and rips throughout and the room also had a strong musty body odor upon walking in. By the time I noticed the thermostat temp problem, it was too late to change rooms. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were nonchalant about my presence as a customer, especially the midnight shift. Overall, it was a decent visit but I'm not sure if I would come back because I've never in my life seen an Embassy Suite hotel with shabby run down rooms and non working heat until I visited this one

After leaving the hotel for the evening I texted the front desk to ask if my room had a microwave, they said it did, it however did not. So the groceries I bought while I was out went to waste. The bar was out of most drinks. The breakfast bar was having temperature issues. I ate pastries because I was concerned about temperature control and the line for the omelet station was too long. I was supposed to have a suite but I did not. Only the bedroom and bathroom and the bedroom was so small there was just enough room to walk around the bed.

For the price I would have expected room to be updated. Very dated w carpet stains. Dark interior. Needs fresh paint/wall covering And better lighting

The staff at this property was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Did not like that the bathroom was in the room of the suite as opposed to an area that is accessible without going into the bedroom. The property should better specify the layout on the website.

After checking in, we were given a room that wasn’t clean. It was the room we reserved, ( wheelchair accessible sleeps 6) but was still was dirty. Beds not made, garbage everywhere, dirty towels etc… When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, all I got was a sorry and we can put you in another room. The room they offered was not big enough (slept 4). I told them that and they offered me an additional room on another floor. Wouldn’t work, the oldest child I had was 12. Not leaving them alone in a hotel room on another floor. Was told the only room that would accommodate us is reserved for another day, so we couldn’t have it. We stayed one night. After an hour, the finally spoke to a manager of House keeping that let us have the room to accommodate my group. No one was willing to roll up there sleeves and clean a room to accommodate a wheelchair user and family. They were going to let us walk out the door and be on our own. Finally get to the room, and it was still not clean, beds were made, trash taken out, but room was dirty, floors were sticky. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was not at all what was expected by reviews either. Bacon was raw, eggs were watery, and fruit was not ripe yet. The people at breakfast were incredibly nice and attentive with clearing plates and keeping food out. Food just wasn’t great, especially fora Hilton! I will not be staying there again.
