Larger than it looks the old part of the hotel is quite nice with easy access to las olas shops and restaurants and also the river front. Also even though we had a low floor room we didn't get bothered by the noise from last olas. You can see the age in some parts, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed so not really too much to complain about.

Couldn't really get the AC adjusted to our liking. Too cold (indicated 68) when we arrived, it was like an ice box. Over a period of a day or so we turned up the temperature but despite saying 80 on the remote it still felt cold. In the end we had to turn it off

Been staying at this hotel for a few years and it just keeps getting better the temp on the rooms is fantastic the staff from valet to front desk very accommodating and the manger was outstanding very personable and very helpfull went out off his way to make the experience spectacular would highly recommend this hotel

Great location and dining.

Night staff at reception. Abrasive and gave wrong information. Room small and bathroom small. Room redone at minimal expense.

I had a fantastic Riverside experience! Alfredo made me feel like a valued customer and celebrity from the moment I arrived! The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent central Las Olas location.
