The staff at checkout was extremely rude

Clean and nice, spacious and large rooms. Love the interior room way less noise. Breakfast buffet is great especially the omelettes and fruit. Maybe the closest hotel to the World Trade Center. We stayed in the tower. Excellent gym and pool. Room for improvement: extra fees seem to be hidden everywhere. Since no businesses are within walking distance if you don’t have a car, you’re really forced to pay high prices throughout your stay. The grab and go food station is extremely expensive. The breakfast buffet is $29 which is actually a better deal than grabbing a yogurt, water and a banana. The pool is very nice with a swim up bar. Unfortunately, there are no fresh ingredients so the cocktails are pretty much just mixes. And I was charged tip on every drink even though it was nowhere listed on my receipt. I had to ask why the price on the menu was different from the price that my card was charged. $65 for 2 cocktails. Ubers were pretty expensive too, I had something sent from Amazon to the hotel which they reroute to FedEx (who lost my package for a good while) and then charged me $4 just to pick it up?

I had the opportunity to work with Meka with Hilton Grand Vacations at the Hilton Anatole. She was full of life and energy and met me with a vibrant smile. She was a joy to talk during my stay. On your next visit, make sure you find her at the Hilton Anatole- you will thank me later. What a great experience it was.

I had a nice time at the pool. Alicia from Bell Services helped me find the pool and told me a little about the property! She was so helpful. Had a great time will be back

Everything was good

Eliseo from Top golf was great very friendly great customer service and food was great.

My husband and I went for an anniversary weekend. We ate at the Media Bar and Grill and to our surprise had Victoria as our server (again)! We remembered her from the previous year when we came for a family staycation. We told her it was just us celebrating our anniversary and she went above and beyond to celebrate us. Celebratory drinks and sent us with the biscoff pie to enjoy later. She is so kind and really enhanced an already great experience at the hotel.
