Extended Stay Warrenton Inn

The room was clean!

Well, where do I start. So I checked in at almost midnight and paid for 2 people 1 night. I reserved on the app and everything so check in would be easy. Well when I arrive yes my room was ready. I was walked to the room by my best friend who I was in town visiting to make sure we was safe and everything. The front desk calls our room not even 5 minutes later and says you only paid for 2 guests and we saw 3 go in so you are going to have to come pay for her and change rooms. I said she isn't staying her husband is outside waiting on her she was just making sure we was ok. Then the front desk says well she's going to have to go because I have a worker who lives next to you and you are disturbing him. I'm sorry but no one was being loud nothing and that just made me want to leave and not even stay but we toughed it out cause we were already tired and didn't want to drive no more. Well so we order pizza cause we haven't ate all day. Well I didn't know doors were locked and pizza couldn't be delivered to my door. So front desk again calls and says you going to have to come get it cause we lock our doors with all attitude. Ok well sorry no one told us that so our bad. Again hating the attitude and atmosphere even more we still stayed. Well at like 5am we get woke up to who, this man who lives there being loud and all and in and out of his room. So he can be loud early morning but we come in at almost midnight and it was a problem. So no sleep for us. I feel hotels are for people from out of town and always coming and going. It's not my fault your employee's live here. Maybe book your employee's away from where us guest's are staying! Also now it's like 7 in the morning and a couple of employee's in the hallway talking another language loud. So it's ok for everyone that works there to do what they want but guest's they treat like crap. Also I booked and paid on line.

The room was clean and had a small microwave with a small refrigerator. Tastefully decorated. Bathroom was clean as well as the sink and counter.

The hallway was rather smelly and the facilities were rather shabby. There was no breakfast and no facilities for exercise or pool. Bathroom was very small.

Nothing

The toilet was broken, the pillows were more like cushions than pillows and only 2 on the bed. I had some safety concerns with the area. I left the hotel at 1am!

the location was right off the highway. the lady at the front desk was nice and efficient.

the bed wasn't very comfortable. the non smoking part of the hotel smelled like a cigarette had just been smoked.

Mike was so thoughtful & helpful. It was obvious that he takes very good care of this motel. I was glad they do not take pets as I have allergies.
