The water pressure in the shower was non existing and it took forever to rinse shampoo out of my hair

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe and secure.

There was an odd smell to the hotel. The location wasn't convenient to the highway.

The clerk was very friendly, helpful and patient. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
