To sum up this place in a few words: magical views and kind-hearted, hardworking staff. If breathtaking scenery is what you’re after, Imsouane Magic House truly lives up to its name. The views are absolutely stunning and create a calm, almost unreal atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly puts a lot of care and effort into making guests feel at home. The breakfast is another highlight. It was delicious and fresh, making mornings here something to look forward to. Overall, Imsouane Magic House offers not just a beautiful setting, but a genuinely warm and memorable and safe experience.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did feel the accommodation was somewhat expensive for what was offered. The bathroom could have been cleaner and occasionally had an unpleasant sewage smell. Room cleaning, bin emptying, and fresh sheets were only provided upon request, and toilet paper also needed to be asked for. Additionally, there can be some noise at night due to dogs barking, which may result in lighter sleepers experiencing disturbed sleep (although this did not personally bother us).

Awesome view from the balcony! Near to everything. Minimarket right in front of the hotel.

The sound proof not so good, every night can hear loudly the dogs fighting. So bring ur earplugs!

La posizione era fantastica e la vista sulla Baja spettacolare , zona in comune piscina ,terrazzamento prendi sole super . L’appartamento era grande ben arredato e accessoriato . La colazione compresa davvero ottima e completa , attenzione all’orario che entro le 10 va ordinato altrimenti non la servono più . I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura super gentili .

Spifferi d’aria e per via del brutto tempo la casa era fredda e non riscaldabile ma sono anche poche le giornata in Imsoune di brutto tempo quindi comprensibile Le camere sulla strada dove di fronte ci sono appartamenti in affitto si sentono molto i rumori della strada e la vita notturna e dei cani randagi che abbaiano . Tutte cose che però fanno parte del Marocco ma per chi desidera notti in silenzio meglio scegliere le camere che non comunicano con la strada e sono quelle dell’ultimo piano .

This is such a beautiful place 😍to stay in Imsouane. From the absolutely stunning view from our apartment, the scenery , the staff Omgoodness Adams and his team were simply amazing it felt like we were amongst family 🙏🏽♥️🫶🏽 We wanted somewhere magical, remote , calm but not to far from shops, people etc & the magic house delivered! 💯 I would not hesitate to book staying again- IN FACT… we are already planning our return. THANKYOU so much Adams we couldn’t have asked for an anything more . Stunning scenery, beautifully clear sky @ night- the stars ✨ 🤩 We spent half a night under the duvet on the balcony just to watch them 🤩 - beautiful 😍 The breakfasts 😋😋😋 10/10

Einziger Lichtblick waren der fantastische Ausblick und das freundliche Personal alles andere aber ist katastrophal.

Lassen sie von dem Blick nicht täuschen. Das Apartment ist leider vollkommen abgewohnt, der Kühlschrank verrostet, das Apartment ist dreckig die Möbel sind runtergerockt und ungepflegt. Außerdem stinkt es wie in einer Kloake aus sämtlichen Abflüssen. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach darüber beschwert, da sich dabei aber um einen baulichen Mangel handelt, konnte das Personal trotz mehrfacher Chlorbehandlung der Abflüsse nichts daran ändern. Bei Einzug erschienenes Apartment außerdem nicht wirklich grund gereinigt. Hinzu kommt dass sich auf der Straßenseite des Apartments, zu dem sich die Schlafzimmer befinden, jede Nacht Straßenhunde stundenlang anbellen, bei geöffnetem Fenster kaum auszuhalten. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenster ist nur schwer Schlaf zu finden.
