"Mood Ruined, Disappointing Start"

This was supposed to be a typical weekend getaway, something I do once a month to unwind. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the experience went downhill. The staff felt unprofessional and seemed more concerned with the property’s bottom line than actually providing a good guest experience. Every interaction left us feeling like an inconvenience rather than a guest. The staff kept deferring responsibility, telling us they’d "handle it tomorrow." What should’ve been a relaxing trip quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. The lack of care really set a negative tone that we couldn’t shake. We’ve just checked in, so I hope the rest of the experience is better, but right now, I’m not optimistic.

We had a wonderful time at your resort. Everything was as we remembered, the last time we were there. Our only complaint is the the food at the Flying V, was substandard, the last time we dined there, it was spectacular!
