2 flaws: 1). no heated pool and the staff were unaware and it was not fixed in time. The heated pool was one reason why i booked here. 2). Despite being upgraded (ty! btw) the floors were so creaky and i felt bad for the folks down stairs. Outside of that, I would recommend staying here for all the benefits this hotel has to offer! Felt like a resort and i most especially loved the bathroom! it felt like my personal spa

Great Hotel up from the beach. Valets and staff were really nice. Loved sitting by the fireplace in the lobby having my coffee. Close to shopping and dining.

The hotel is perfectly located to everything you need in downtown La Jolla. The staff are amazing and very quick to respond to any need. Highly recommend this hotel and plan on returning in the future.
