The location next to the canal and walkability to many of the city's sights was nice. The lounge and outdoor seating area were quiet and lovely. The breakfast was excellent! Thank you for those!

The room was small, there is no air conditioning, so it was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable during my summer stay. The bathroom was dysfunctional, uncomfortable, and bleak. The elevator servicing my room was a freight elevator. Overall, with the ugly service elevator, unrelenting heat in the room, and terrible bathroom, it was a letdown for the price, high ratings, and image I had in mind when selecting this hotel for myself and my friends to book rooms in.

Great location, helpful staff, clean

No AC, extremely warm room. The food in the breakfast buffet was okay but the lack of any queuing system or logical flow makes for a chaotic and irritating breakfast experience overall.

Great location. Just a few minutes from the train station. Walkable to a lot of sites. Loved the lobby area. Room was clean. Staff was very pleasant.

The room was very small for two adults and it was warm in the room. We had to open the window and run the fan to cool down the room.

Nice and central position. Room had lovely view of lake and breakfast was a real treat

No air conditioning although told no aircon due to age of building. Could hear people in rooms above and in corridors more than normal

Sehr schönes altes Gebäude, stylisch renoviert. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage, Fahrradverleih ( mit ca 30 € pro Tag recht teuer)

Keine Klimaanlage im Superior-Zimmer, schon im Juni sehr heiß, bei dem aufgerufenen Preis ein no-Go. Badezimmer sehr klein, Dusche in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang stammt aus den siebziger Jahren.
