Tolles Hotel mit viel Flair. Schön eingerichtet. Sehr nettes Personal.

Das Badezimmer hat mir nicht gefallen. Schlechtes Licht, kein Wasserdruck. Keine richtige Dusche.

"Medium room in Lovely hotel"

Great location for exploring CPH on foot. Very nice lobby and outdoor spaces. Efficient check-in and check-out. Clean. Nice linens. Spacious room. Easy access to Norreport Metro and CPH airport.

This is a high-ish end hotel and it was quite expensive but it seems, when you book with Booking.com, you always get the worst room. Our room, with 2 single beds, was on the top floor under the eaves. When we arrived, between the luggage rack, the window ladder and the stand alone air-conditioner, it looked like a storage room :-( We did some reorganizing and made it more comfortable so we liked it well enough for 3 nights. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel (preferring the nearby Torvehallerne food hall) but we looked at the buffet and it seemed lovely and 365 DKK. I would probably stay here again but be more specific about the room I wanted.
