Чисто. Расположение хорошее, в пешей доступности Лидл и Метро. Тихий район. На первом этаже отличное кафе и магазин. Меню очень разнообразное, превосходные мясные блюда.

Некоторый шум от холодильных установок магазина, но это только поначалу слышно.
