Warwick Grand-Place Brussels

I really enjoyed my 4 nights here on business. The hotel is so well located for central Brussels. Staff are really helpful and welcoming and bedroom was clean and had everything needed including a very comfortable bed and good wi-fi connection. Breakfast was truly excellent with a great range of fruits, breads and hot and cold dishes. The hotel also has a fitness centre was so helpful on mornings it rained so I could run indoors. I would definitely return here.

Close to the central station and to the touristic area and shopping centers.

Please be careful when they ask you for your creditcard at check-in. They charged me 60 euro on my card stating I had breakfast for 2. Which I did not, was a solo traveller for business, been going to this hotel for many years but this is unacceptable. Never had breakfast nor was I at breakfast during my stay. They are not helpful and willing to admit that it could be a possibility that their staff made a mistake in the breakfast room by writing down the wrong room number or even verifying that the correct person corresponding to the room was at breakfast, with my case I was not let alone with 2. Basically anyone can mention a room number without it being verified with the chance of being charged just like that. Now they won’t answer emails and are not able to provide proof of the signed bill in the breakfast room, so just randomly charged a customer 60 euro’s. Avoid!

Very close to town square witha lot of things to do. Great hotel in a great location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, I was not given the room that I had originally booked. As a VIP guest, I was also entitled to a complimentary bottle of wine, which I never received. In addition, I felt that the receptionist who checked me in did not treat me well. Another receptionist later admitted that a mistake had been made with my room assignment and assured me that the wine would be sent, but it never arrived. What upsets me even more is that I was told my room had been upgraded and that this was recorded in their system. However, I did not stay in an upgraded room. This feels dishonest, and I am extremely disappointed that I was misled. I was also traveling with my child, and this experience made our stay even more upsetting. I had expected a much higher level of service and care, but unfortunately, the hotel fell far below expectations.

Good location. Convenient to train stations and town center. Great cocoa and coffee. Clean room. Pretty tight. Awkward location of toilet in the bathroom.

Nice option to stay in town for a quick stop

It was a perfect location for, as we like to walk a lot to really get a sense of another country's culture. Safe, clean, easily accessible to many venues.
