Warwick Grand-Place Brussels

I had the best weekend at the Warwick hotel. My favourite moment was in the secret rooftop bar with Ashraf. He deserves a special Kudos for his service level. Will certainly be back. Ryan & Lauren

Stunning hotel in the heart of Brussels! The Warwick Hotel Brussels is absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated and especially lovely and festive during our stay. The rooftop bar is a real highlight and definitely a win; special mention to Ashraf, who makes a fantastic cocktail. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect too, within easy walking distance of most major attractions. Highly recommended!

Ashraf, the waiter in the 6th floor bar (which has an AMAZING view) is possibly the best waiter. Language barriers had no hold against him, he was full of energy and even after saying the 1 bottle of prosseco was 14,000 (it wasnt) he offered to help me and my dad get it to the room. he is seriously funny and all the staff, not just Ashraf, were amazing. 10/10 service, rooms and view.

Our trip to Brussels started bad with the Hotel we booked ending up being an absolute dump, so much so we left. Sat in the The Place Square having a coffee when we found this gem just 400 m away walked over with overnight bag in hand up to reception. Nothing was a problem a room available straight away with breakfast matched the rate from a comparable site, great room, great service, staff nothing was to hard or out of question for them, location was fantastic. Would throughly recommend this Hotel

Welcoming warm hall. Extra kind receptionist and quick check in. Nice breakfast buffet, more salty than sweet. The hotel has a great location, just behind the Grand Place but not in traffic. In 10 minutes taxi you can reach the business district. The rooms are cozy but a bit dark and above all cold. I had to ask for an heater. Other problem some of the plugs were working only if the light of the entrance was switched on and the second night with also the heater I couldn’t recharge also my computer. Check out this morning at 9 was fast, with a lovely lady. Concierge was still the rude guy of my last visit. Thin, blue eyes and a determined attitude in helping you as less as possible. When I stored my luggage he didn’t offer to bring it himself or carrying it. He indicated me a room at the bottom of the hall and we went together there. When inside I left the luggage in a corner and he coldly told me to move it in another place. Then he started asking me where I was heading to after and I didn’t want to tell him. He wasn’t happy at all and insisted airport? Train station? Then started babbling about tarifs and finally reopened the door. With my great joy when I came back in the afternoon there was another concierge. A lovely guy with black hair and a big smile that picked up the luggage for me and brought it where I was sitting. And he also run to open the door for me when my taxi arrived. Thanks soooo much, I hope they will reward you. And please change the other concierge, he doesn’t deserve to be there.

What a great hotel, perfect location and the roof top bar is amazing! Ashraf was hilarious!!! Made the experience perfect

The Rooftop Bar, Warwick. The view was stunning. We could see the lights show happening at the square and as far as the ferris wheel at one of the Christmas Market. Magical! We had the tempura squid. It cane piping hot with salad and bread and accompanying sauces. Another lovely surprise!! Ashraf was offered to take our pictures and served us with a smile & cheerfully from the moment we stepped into this place. Highly recommend this venue and it’s great service to anyone who is in thre vicinity.
