Travelodge by Wyndham Clarksville

Room was clean and service was good. No continental breakfast even though outside sign advertises a continental breakfast. Overall the quality for the money was very good. I would certainly stay here again.

The stay was very nice. It was in a great location. I appreciated the kindness of and quickness of the staff in the morning and afternoon check out I love that check out time is 12PM and not 11 I recommend this place for sure

The lobby was closed and we could see through the doors that it looked like someone was using it as living space. There was no breakfast because "lobby was closed due to covid." They required a $50 deposit and would not accept a debit card, only a credit card, and i have not gotten my card credited back yet. The room was filthy and there was urine on the floor of the bathroom. There were stains and burn holes in the sheets and comforter.

The front desk clerk stole my mandatory CASH deposit and the called the police on me for waiting in my car for the owner. DO NOT STAY HERE. I was first told to wait in the parking lot, then told to wait in my car, then when I didn't get in my car, the clerk called the police, all for the MANDATORY CASH DEPOSIT. Maybe she needed to have a nice lunch, she really needed to be reminded that no matter what the price point is, this is still the hospitality industry. Dangerously undertrained. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Cigarette burn holes in sheets in non smoking room. Mold in bathroom. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Location wAs good. Very clean. But shower did not work. Had to take a bath not happy. Alarm clock did not work husband fixed.Curtain was off the hook partly. My husband fixed that. Did report shower to the front desk. One thing we count on when we travel a hot shower.

The owners immediately made you feel like family! Our room was immaculate! This is one of the BEST hotels we ever stayed in! I would recommend this to everyone! Thank YOU so much! Your friends from the tundra in Wisconsin!😊❤️🙏

We had a late check in. Upon arriving at 1 am after driving 10 hours, the man that checked us in was not super helpful. He almost refuse my room which has been paid for long before we got there. I had a State issued paper DL . Iowa sends out your plastic one within the month. He stated he was not allowed to take it. My girlfriend gave her DL . There were no bath towels in the room. I had to use a hand towel to dry off with and then go get towels. The bedding is stained . There were roaches crawling out of the shower drain. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. My son was confronted by a homeless woman and then she came to his room because she knew the front desk clerk and the clerk stated my sons room number out loud, A man and the same woman came to their room portraying to be maintenance . When my son did not open the door the man stepped aside and the same woman tried to get my son to open the door. Their room which I also had paid ahead of time for, was dirty with hair in the tub and on the toilet. This hotel needs better service workers. Updated and friendlier staff. I will not stay there again.
