"The price was right and the location was great. But hard to stay here for more than a couple of nights."

Very convenient and the people could not have been nicer. We were often the only ones at the pool area. Beds were comfortable and the towels were clean. The price was right.

Place is in desperate need of a renovation. No dressers in any room and the closet is behind a curtain.

As camas são confortáveis. Hotel limpo, organizado. Café da manhã bom para os padrões americanos, mas o espaço é bem pequeno.

Eu fiquei bastante insatisfeita como a forma que eu fui tratada ao chegar para fazer check-in. Eu havia solicitado antecipadamente que os dois quartos fossem conectados, eu estava com duas crianças. Esse foi o meu único pedido, e apesar de informarem por email que iriam atender, não foi atendido. Um das atendentes da recepção foi desnecessariamente muito grosseira. Falou que não tinham os quartos e que era muito simples, era só eu cancelar a reserva. Conversei com a minha família e, depois desse constrangimento, eles conseguiram quartos próximos. A outra recepcionista, Katrina, era muito agradável. Mas fiquei decepcionada. O hotel fica em uma região "isolada".

"Sheer Comfort"

I was especially pleased with the greeting upon entry. Reception staff was very cognizant of arrivals. This greeting was very welcoming each and everytime I came in. Having packages shipped to the location presented a very seamless experience. The room was comfortable. It has a nice lounge chair that was perfect for evening relaxation with a view of the pool. I would definitely stay at this location again.

"Best in Boca for the value."

Front desk staff were friendly and the free breakfast was really good! The Western omelets in the buffet were a nice surprise, and the rooms were very clean with real pillows (not just big stuffed ones no one could actually sleep well on).

Honestly nothing, will stay here next time we come.
