Wasn’t clean the unprofessionalism

When we went to our first room it was not cleaned their were no sheets on bed they were wadded on a chair looked like from a person before. They were nice about it and gave us another room where the sheets still looked dirty but we made do. Unfortunately will probably not be back. Over all the cleanliness was not good and if we didnt need a place to have stayed we definitely would not have.

upon arrival at the hotel, the desk clerk was very friendly. After checking into my room Me and my husband were tired after the drive to Griffin,Ga. so we just put the luggage in the room and went out to eat. I were there on a business meeting and I had to get up early, due to my meeting starting at 9:00am, registration was at 8:00am. I always check my linen sheets and towels. when I pull back the top comforter I notice a dark spot underneath the sheet , my husband when to the front desk and told the clerk, she came down and looked at the linen sheets and she saw a spot and said I can give you some fresh linen. she never looked to see if the bed sheets underneath had a stain , when i went to remove the sheets, the mattress covers had a blood stain on it the size of a quarter, I took a picture and removed the entire bed linen and I had to sleep in a chair and my husband had to sleep in the other chair, very uncomfortable. apparently this room had not been cleaned . or the house keeper just didn’t make up the bed. I feel that I should not be charged for this stay. VERY VERY UPSET
