"Cleaning Issues"

Staff was very nice. The Hotel nice as well.

My dislikes was the cleanliness and lack there of. The showerhead was disgusting it had mold and mildew. I always travel with Clorox wipes & a can of lysol. However I asked if I could get some cleaning spray & I'd clean it myself. The guy tried to get me gloves & cleaner but he didn't have the sprayer that goes on top.& I'd had to wait until morning shift. Called down Sunday morning and asked if someone could come & clean it. Was told ok but noone showed up. Had to ask my family I came to visit if I could shower. I have pictures of the shower. I don't think the TV Remotehas ever been wiped off. Lastly some people on the 2nd floor was obviously getting high. The smell was overwhelming. Friendly night staff. But definitely need detailed cleaning!

The room was extremely dirty. The rug was stained, there was crumbs on the bed and under the mattress, the bath tub was dirty, and there was no shower curtain.

The lack of cleanliness.
