The rooms were nice

It was frustrating that we had to get new key cards twice with our 2 day stay. The back door is left unlock to outside. I don't think that is very safe for your customers. The room we had smelled like someone smoked in it. Breakfast was good.

I can't speak for all the rooms at this hotel, but my room was a total diaster. Holes in the walls, missing paint, paint flaking off in the shower, broken dresser that looked like someone repeatedly bashed it with a chair, etc... This room was undoubtedly the worst conditions that I've ever seen at a hotel.

Bed was hard but not terrible

Staff at the front desk was polite. Housekeeping- there was no housekeeping. I complained about housekeeping no doing our room on day 2. Housekeeping came to the room on day three and only took out the dirty towels and took the garbage that I had by the door. They did not make bed. They did not clean. They did not vacuum. They did not do anything other than those two things. Day four no housekeeping day five we left. When or if cleaning a bathroom for new guest make sure you look up for the bar of soap the previous guest was testing to see if you clean the room and you failed A tip for hotel and housekeeping if you want $ tips you need to do your job. And for the free breakfast and pancakes, basically it’s not like a typical days in. They only had the bare minimum out for people to eat. I will not stay in the hotel again. Room 222

Clean and comfortable. Property is out dated but was ok extended stays was a worry but it worked out ok

Knocked on my door about 10:15 and was trying to come in when check out was at 11am made me feel like I had to rush

The location was convenient and the rooms were available. Check in was quick and the staff did not bother us about anything.

Everything was so ... wet. The air, the carpet, the beds. The humidity was insane. The bathroom had a fan, which was great! But it didn't seem to help anything. It's the middle of summer in the midwest, so humidity is a problem, but there has got to be something to keep the air dryer otherwise mold is going to take over. It was uncomfortable to sleep, even though the beds were sufficiently comfortable. Everything was just damp. We went to open the window (an unusual perk!), to try to get some air movement at least, only to discover that the window was not locked - we were on the ground floor, so that was alarming. We were able to get it locked with some muscle after a while. It was just so wet in the room. The pool floor was filthy - the drain around the edge of the room was struggling because of the dirt and hairs gumming it up. Breakfast was hardly worth mentioning. They did have one of those DIY waffle irons, but the cereal was stale and the only other food available (on a Monday morning, in their defense) was pre-packaged Little Debbie snacks and slices of white bread. There was juice and coffee.

The pot smell in the hall on arrival was very strong, Towels did not look fresh and no hot water in the morning. Couldn't sleep the air was very clammy and the sheets made me itch all night. The tiny pillows were also a joke. This was the worst experience I ever had at a motel!
