Maidens Hotel New Delhi

A really great team who made our stay pleasant and helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property.

El edificio por fuera, los jardines, la piscina y la amabilidad de los señores que estaban en la puerta siempre sonriendo esperando para abrirtela. Los mejores sin duda.

Las habitaciones y el baño eran un poco viejos. Bañera y no ducha. Aíre acondicionado que prácticamente no enfriaba (estábamos a 40 y pico grados). Cafetería/restaurante caro de más. Una copa de vino, el mismo que hemos estado bebiendo en otros hoteles y restaurantes por unos 6€ la copa, aquí costaba 11,50€. No nos importa pagar un buen vino o una buena comida pero eso es un poco tomadura de pelo!! El edificio es precioso pero se lo tienen un poco creído. Hemos estado en hoteles muchos más bonitos en la India y con menos esnobismo

Das Zimmer war dem Preis entsprechend gut ausgestattet. Das Housekeeping und das Reinigungsteam hat gut gearbeitet...das Essen war hervorragend.

Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war katastrophal. Aber das Schlimmste war, für 240 Euro die Nacht bekam ich noch ca. 100 Bisse von Bettwanzen. Ich habe Krebs und mein Immunsystem ist höchst anfällig. Ich leide extrem, da aktuell Feiertage in Deutschland sind, viele Ärzte sind nicht verfügbar. Man wird mit Bettwanzenbisse nicht im Krankenhaus aufgenommen. Cortison darf ich wegen Niereninsuffizienz nicht nehmen. Das Hotel reagiert wie immer nicht. Dort herrscht extremer Fachkräfte Mangel und es interessiert dieses Scheisshotel einfach nicht. Noch nicht mal mein Lunchpaket war korrekt oder überhaupt zu 6.30 h vorbereitet. Ganz übel das Dienstleistungsangebot. Und dann heisst es immer I apologize...zum Schluss habe ich dem Directory gesagt, er kann sich seine Entschuldigung sonst wo hin stecken. Ich habe BWL und Recht studiert. Bin seit 6 Jahren nun 61 Jahre sehr krank. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück bekommen. Ich hatte ausserdem ein Frühstück weniger. Das Lunchpaket war höchsten 5 Euro wert. Bitte unterstützen Sie mich. Es geht mir nun um mein Recht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Martina Adamski

Fabulous experience! This hotel was truly a highlight in our India experience. The staff were incredible - so warm and so helpful - absolutely top notch. The rooms were huge and absolutely spotless. The grounds were beautiful - a peaceful escape with gorgeous pool. The food - even at 3 am when we arrived was delicious. And we were so well taken care of arriving at the airport in Delhi and then being taken to the train station early in the morning for our trip to Jaipur. (Yes a little pricier than uber as expected but exceptional service and peace of mind). They even packed us complementary breakfast boxes. Highly recommend this hotel, and I would absolutely return! Thank you for making the start of our family adventure in India so special!
