Personnel sympathique, enregistrement efficace et stationnement bien pratique.

L’établissement manque vraiment d’amour et le prix ne vaut plus du tout la qualité proposée. C’est surtout la propreté des chambres qui laisse à désirer. Papier toilette dans la cuvette, poussière sur les surfaces et saleté sur le sol… c’est très décevant!

The revolving restaurant and staff were excellent

The staff were abrupt. They didn't clean the glasses or cups.I asked for them to be replaced and after 1hr 15 minutes nobody came so I took them to reception and asked if I could wash them , but told I couldn't & no replacements available, no apology either. Eventually housekeeping came, 3 times in total before we got clean glasses and cups to fit the coffee machine. On checkout the receptionist told me nothing to do with her & handed me a card with the manager's email..which didn't work

La cafetière avec poches à café devraient être mise à jour plus une plus récente je pense. Sur les murs, je verrais des cadres avec des toiles ou des photographies de la Ville de Québec.. ce serait magnifique et ça ferait de la déco
