The room is in need of some serious TLC, it’s clean, but lots of wear: tear in the carpet, wallpaper lifting/gouged. In need of an overall update. Lots of vending/ice machines out of order etc. The gym is great and really complete for a hotel. The pool is large and clean with a good deep end. The restaurant (prova) is good, but inconsistent. The employees in every part/department of the hotel are incredible, especially the valets. They alone made the experience great. There were some hockey tournaments during our stay with loud kids but staff seemed to keep them in check mostly.
