We need town toilet paper and things like that the housekeepers forgot about us and then never gave us to us we had them get all that. The people downstairs who checks it in we're very very nice but she's a lady very very nice

It was dirty - several minor issues in the room,. Despite staff being nice for the most part, there is a lack of true leadership. It’s very disorganized. There’s not a happy spirit. Most staff seem miserable.

Lights were broken. Remote control batteries were dead. My toilet didn’t stop after flush. The drapes got stuck. The door was not secure. I reported all of these issues when I checked out. And breakfast is not that good, the coffee is cold. And you don’t get Choice rewards for using Booking.com

I liked that it was close to the freeway and wedding venue.

The hot tub didn’t work, the pool was broke the 2nd day I was there. The breakfast bar didn’t have any waffle mix I had to walk in the back room to inform the lady there was no milk, out of a 4 day stay my room didn’t get cleaned once but on day of checkout they were knocking on my door over an hour before it was time to check out so they could clean it. The couch in my king bed room was so incredibly stained we never even sat on it. It was a disappointment staying there and I won’t be back.

Very quiet

My room didn't need a key card to enter. It would just open. After notifying front desk, I was told it would be fixed. 1 hour later it had not, and I re-enquired. They told me they weren't able to get a hold of maintenance yet and weren't sure when they would. Then they asked ... ___if it bothered me___ that my room wouldn't lock. After telling them, yes, I wanted a room that locked while I was not in it, they seemed a bit annoyed and gave me another room that I was able to move to upstairs. Overall. At least they fixed it. But it was kind of insane and I really wanted to be resting and not dealing with this type of thing. Also as I arrived and parked in the loading bay at check-in, I got out of my car, and some wild dude walked up to me with a plastic bottle and asked if I wanted a shot, which I politely refused and went inside as quickly as possible. It wasn't the only indicator of the state of the area but that was kinda crazy. I didn't feel super safe here, and if I was not a relatively sturdy adult male by myself I would have been exceptionally uncomfortable with all of this even more so. I certainly wouldn't pick this place to bring a family to.
