Itsy Hotels Jansi Residency

WiFi was not working. The hotel management kept saying everyday that someone is going to come and look into the issue. I had to use my mobile data during my complete stay. Rooms where really bad, bathrooms were horrible with fully flooded. Water had no place to go. I will never ever come and stay in this hotel ever in my future. Even jansi deluxe is also the same. Don't book both the hotel. Its horrible place to stay. Thanks

The location was great and staff was supportive and friendly.

Smell of Cigarette smoke in rooms. Toilet are in urgent need of rennovation

I don't know why so many bad reviews for this hotel. Trust me it's too good for family and others. Food Also good

only good thing is the location of the property.

Worst experience….. Very bad smell in the room including , toilet, bed and bedsheets… no information given regarding WiFi, complimentary breakfast, room service etc.

The hotel is just inside beside busy shopping area in gandhipuram and lots of shops nearby and restaurants to eat

First location was so easily accessible as it was near to Gandhipuram bus stand. Room was good and breakfast was not bad though the items are limited it felt ok for the price.

Mosquitos were the real concern although the cleanliness of the room was good the amount of mosquitos inside room was so irritating.
