Baymont by Wyndham Flat Rock

The location was convenient. The front desk personnel was very friendly and attractive.

The bed was was dirty. There was dirt, sand, or something between the fitted sheet and top sheet. I tried to "sweep" it off the bed, but there seem to be more. I bed was very hard (this coming from someone who sleeps on the floor by choice).

The property’s cleanliness was less than ideal. Items were broken in the room and there was definite concerns with regards to cleaning.

Learned my lesson- don’t book hotel rooms under $150/night. This hotel feels unsafe, is not kept up, and is not nice. While I didn’t find anything grossly dirty in our room, it is uncomfortable and very dingy. There were bags of other people’s trash in the hallways, loud shouts and fights in rooms surrounding us, we continually smelled marijuana, and w could not get out of here fast enough. It seems there are people permanently living here, likely having recently been evicted. Hallways with stained walls and carpets, no bedside lamps, lumpy cotton ball type pillows, a screeching bathroom sliding door, broken floor tiles, and more. More than anything, it is drawing the wrong crowd, and being just myself and my daughter staying here (my husband not with us on this trip), I had only about two hours of sleep out of concern for what else was going on in this hotel. In the parking lot, at 10pm there were two different men in two different cars sitting & watching us unload, and were still there half hour later when I went back to the car for something. We had booked for two nights, but we went elsewhere for the second night despite not getting a refund. We almost left the first night but it was already 10pm and my daughter needed sleep. Stay away.

The dirty pool and hot tub area/ womens bathroom. The cigarette and marijuana smell throughout the hallways. Beds were very very firm. Could hear everything in the adjoining room we didnt rent. They were up late partying and up early puking.

Pretty run down for a baymont. We travel a bit and usually stay in a baymont. This should be considered a motel 6 at Best.

Dirty floor, hallways filthy. No cold water in the shower. In-laws was in the room next to us. We had to ask use that shower. The staff was pleasant and helpful at the desk

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The decor is pleasant. The pool is a good on-site resource. Location is very convenient to the highway.

The room was ill-prepared for use. There was no hair dryer, no hooks in the bathroom to hang used towels, the mirror light did not work, the television connection that was supposed to be attached to wall was hanging loose and required staff to reconnect the tv twice during our staff, the refrigerator was unplugged and not accessible behind the heavy dresser/tv stand. Breakfast was well presented, but lacked access to protein.
