Days Inn by Wyndham Los Lunas

This place is awful… for the money i expected so much more, the walls are paper thin, you could hear EVERYTHING going on outside your room, the bed was extremely hard, thin and uncomfortable, stains on the bed, when i told the guy at the front desk about it all he said was “ok”… I will NEVER come here again, so disappointed, couldn’t sleep at all the entire stay

The beds had a metal frame that squaked each time someone moved. The beds would even squeaked when someone took a deep breath. I had reserved 2 queens and got 2 full sized beds. The bathroom door had a punch hole that was plastered over.

The room was decent. Was there with baseball team and no ones air conditioner really worked. So the rooms were hot. Staff was great. But the outside was really unsafe people driving by fast that werent staying there.

Did not have hot water in room during my stay. Breakfast was poor quality.

Sheets had stains, floor was unswept and door locks for room separation were broken.

Staff was very friendly.

My air conditioner didn’t work the best so we were hot and miserable and had to take cold showers to cool off. Also no elevator so carrying our luggage up the stairs was a little rough.

Staff and facilities were great.

VERY clean but not safe. Parking lot exit door broken and did not lock and exit door's electronic key reader broken.

Staff waa great especially Moe just didnt like how i hada pay for pillows that were stolen from my room and they asked if it were me i told them the truth but still hada pay for someone elses doing like i dont needa steal pillows first of all my parents litterally live right down the road if i needed pillows but other then that nothing wrong at all will be booking again real soon.
