Staycity Aparthotels, Near Disneyland® Paris

Hôtel mignon mais malheureusement en travaux durant notre séjour. Chambre simple mais efficace, juste la literie n’est pas très confort . Pour les enfants c’est très sympa il y a une Salle de jeux. Personnel sympathique.

Leider sind die Schlafsofas in den Appartements nicht für (junge) Erwachsene jenseits der 1,80m geeignet. Kleinere Kinder haben ausreichend Platz.

Overall, we had a lovely time at Staycity which we chose for our Disneyland trip. It really lives up to the expectations - very lovely accommodation that is clean and spacious with nice outdoor space. The location is so convenient that made it easy for us to be flexible during the day where we could rely on public buses to and from the property, and also walk towards the central local area for local supermarkets and patisseries. We stayed in the 1 bed duplex which was lovely and better than we expected! Plenty of space for families and good provision of additional bedding for using the sofa beds which made it more comfy. It was very convenient to have the cafe downstairs where there was some good vegetarian choices for us, especially when we had a late check-in. We were always fed and didnt go hungry! However, one big downside from our own experience was how some/one of the reception staff were very unhelpful when dealing with a crisis of a cancelled flight and needing to sort an extra night's accommodation at Staycity. It would have been more helpful if staff were more empathetic and understanding during this rather than constantly directing us to "go online and book". This is something that should and could easily be dealt with at the reception instead of us having to spend more time and effort searching on own our phones to rebook the same room. It made a stressful situation worse and we felt unvalued as customers that had already stayed here for 4 nights already.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel was modern, clean and fresh. The room was perfect for what we needed and we had a comfortable night's sleep. Only 5 minutes from disneyland.

Er is een supermarkt in de buurt met veel keus en behulpzaam personeel dat Engels spreekt. Ook de eigen shuttle bus van en naar Disneyland is ook handig al gaat hij niet zo vaak als naar de eigen Disney- en partner hotels. Je kan wel een shuttle bus naar Campanile Val de France nemen en een stukje wandelen of de lokale bus nemen voor € 2,00 vanaf het station.

El hotel increible. El personal muy amable y todo inpecable. Tienen un servicio de autobus que te llava al parque Eurodisney. Y en nuestro caso que teniamos el desayuno incluido , todo muy rico.

Hotel was newly renovated, modern, spacious and comfortable. Great value for money!

Klasse Hotel, sehr geräumige Zimmer, alles sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt!!! sieht man selten in bzw. um Disneyland
