This the one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Exceptional cleanness, good sound isolation, comfortable beds. Also wonderful yard and environment at all.

Nothing bad to say

The Design: The room interior, design, and hotel lobby are absolutely lovely. The Views: The room features a great balcony offering wonderful scenic views. The Food: The daily breakfasts are wonderful and high quality. The Staff: All hotel staff members are very friendly, polite, and welcoming. The Location: The property sits in a very nice area within walking distance of many small boutique wineries. The Comforts: It was a nice touch to find slippers and bathrobes provided in the room.

The Stairs: The hotel lacks an elevator, making hauling heavy luggage to the third floor quite challenging. The Odor: The bathroom emitted quite severe, highly unpleasant sewage smell. The Amenities: Basic toiletries are lacking, with no hair conditioner, body lotion, or cotton swabs provided. The Housekeeping: During our four-night stay, the room was cleaned only once.

Everything was exceptional! The hotel offers a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location in Telavi is perfect for exploring the area❤️

The breakfast was varied and nice. You have to pay extra for cappuciono at breakfast.

Breakfast only at 9 o clock, so quite late Staff during the weekend was not so friendly (playing with mobil phone, not saying hello when entering) The pool was not ready, not filled with water, although we visited in May

Very stylish design, a cosy hotel with comfortable, well-lit common areas. The rooms are perfectly clean with fresh renovation. The breakfast is absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly. There is also a lovely courtyard.

There are no downsides to the hotel.
