"Rude staff, no compassion"

Close to freeway

Very rude staff, cancelled my reservation with no warning, elevator not working and no microwave. Bugs in the room. Screen broken. Old hvac

"I wouldn't stay there again. A brand name used to mean something."

Staff was good. Breakfast was fair. Location was convenient.

The handicapped room with thrift store furniture. There was 2 hairs in the shower that didn't belong to me The refrigerator was good but missing brackets in the door to hold beverages. I stayed for 4 days but they didn't want to extent my check out for 30 minutes without charging me $20 bucks.

"Would never stay here again,room was horrible."

The staff was friendly & the bed was soft.

The elevator did not work,the continental breakfast did not serve any meat,the hallways smelt like cat liter,& the mini fridge was leaking water & I almost slipped. No toothpaste,toothbrushes,or mouthwash in room.
