Todo las instalacion una ubicacion privilegiada y muy buenas amenidades

El aire acondicionado de la Habitacion 324 derrama mucha agua al parecer estaba dañado el desahue de este y si fue molesto que el aroma de la habitacion era de humedad y pasabas y te mojavas todo por esta fuga. Pero todo lo demas en amenidad estan muy bien.

"Good but could be better"

Very spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the buffet breakfast was very impressive. The head of the dining room was supportive and helpful

The lounge was clean and aesthetic but it was very neglected. Snacks food and drinks were filled maybe 2 times a day and most of the time there was almost nothing there. Even when asking them to refill , they said yes but they never sent anyone. Sauna didn't work, there were many areas of the hotel you had to use staircases as the elevator didn't reach.

El desayuno tipo Bufet, fue excelente, gran variedad de alimentos. Gran variedad de frutas. Los panes ricos un buen café. En general el desayuno muy bueno
