The room had a dead cockroach, there was a leak in the room, and on top of that, my sun glasses went missing.

They had wonderful staff that were very polite and mostly good at delivering great service. The men assisting with bags were great. The room had exceptional amenities and the room surprised me as it was actually better than what I was expecting. The view from our room was incredible. The shower/ bath was perfect and easy to use with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. They even had a hair dryer. The Marriott logo on the toilet roll was also a nice touch. The fridge was very useful and the complementary water was appreciated. The gym facilities were reasonably good for a 5-star hotel and were very spacious. The pool was also great. Breakfast was also exceptional according to my friend.

There was some confusion that wasn’t great as my friend paid for breakfast but was then going to be charged another breakfast fee for returning to pick up a single banana. That seems quite unreasonable, considering that he had paid already and staff refused to believe him so we had to inform reception who had the bill and had to verify. This was quite frustrating. What was also frustrating is I paid for a drink and it took 10 minutes for me to get my change (in an empty bar), making me think they had thought it was a tip. This would’ve been a very large tip, considering its price. I also gave extra change anyway to simplify the calculation for change so they only owed me notes in pesos. The other pool would’ve also been good for kids had it been clean. It was a bit annoying and didn’t make sense that there was only one lift and stairs for going up and down the floors. A sauna would’ve been appreciate and slippers for the pool and/or slippers and a robe for the room would’ve also been nice.

RUIDO EN LA NOCHE de la calle fue HORRIBLE, quedamos en 214 y no paro hasta la madrugada la alfombra esta fea en la habitacion

La alberca, estaba muy agradable, amplia y no habia muchos huespedes eso fue genial, las areas verdes bastantes limpias, me encanto que el hotel estaba en una tipo montaña le dio altitud y esta bonito en general, el señor Gil bell boys muy atento, amable y excelente anfitrion, la comida cumple con su objetivo tiene buen sabor y es de buena calidad, las camas comfortables, la habitacion en general bien aunque tenia un ventanal grande la iluminacion de la habitacion es luz amarilla y lo hace parecer un hotel viejo, aunque lo sea, creo hay detallitos que lo pueden hacer parecer menos viejo.

siempre hay detalles en los resaturantes, el desayuno los meseros superocupados, la tanecion fue poca para quienes ibamos de 1 o 2 personas ya que se enfocaron en las mesas grandes y desatendian las demas, observacion la hostes podia haber contribuido pero creo solo se dedicaba a colocar la gente que llegaba, al mediodia estaba solo el restaurant y aun asi el servicio era lento, en el bar abajo del lobby, decia un horario de 1 de la tarde hasta tal hora de la noche y no habia bartender en la tarde que fui cerca de las 2 pm, tuve que hablar con un mesero de alli para que le hablaran al chico, pero por las noches el dia de mi salida un mesoro de ese bar superamable la verdad no recuerdo su nombre pero ya no tenian servicio de comida soilo por room service pero el me hiso favor de pedir la comida y llevarla al bar donde estaba, gracias
